• Successfully acting for a Government of Kenya parastatal in various constitutional petitions arising out of disputed election nominations and general election results.

• Legal adviser in a consortium that undertook a regulatory impact assessment of the Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems) Regulations 2012 on behalf of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority including undertaking a comparative study of similar regulations in other jurisdictions and drafting new regulations which are proposed as replacement.

• Legal adviser in a consortium that undertook a regulatory impact assessment of the Energy (Energy Management) Regulations 2012 on behalf of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority including undertaking a comparative study of similar regulations in other jurisdictions and drafting new regulations which are proposed as replacement.

• Advising and acting for an international manufacturing concern in two tax disputes before the Tax Appeals Tribunal resulting in the resolution of tax demands of Kshs. 120 million shillings.
